Courier Service Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our courier and logistics services. By booking a shipment, creating an account, or otherwise using our platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our courier service platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies referenced herein. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer" or "Shipper") and our company.
2. Service Overview
We provide a multi-service logistics platform offering scheduled and express delivery solutions, including parcel, freight, document, and final mile services. Our services are designed to manage complex supply chain needs from first-mile collection to final-mile fulfilment.
2.1 Delivery Timelines
We operate under strict delivery timelines. Estimated delivery windows are provided at the time of booking and are based on the service selected, destination, and other logistical factors. While we strive for precision, all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
2.2 Automated Routing & Logistics Management
To ensure efficient logistics management, we employ automated systems for route optimization, load planning, and resource allocation. You acknowledge and agree that the routing and handling of your shipment may be determined by these automated protocols to achieve overall network efficiency and service reliability.
3. Prohibited Items & Secure Transport
To ensure secure transport for all, you are strictly prohibited from tendering the following items for shipment. We reserve the right to inspect any shipment.
- Hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials.
- Illegal substances, narcotics, or contraband.
- Firearms, weapons, or ammunition.
- Perishable goods requiring controlled environments, unless prior written agreement is obtained.
- Live animals.
- Currency, negotiable instruments, or precious stones/metals in high value.
- Items that are improperly packaged or likely to cause damage to other shipments.
Tendering a prohibited item is a material breach of these Terms. We may refuse, suspend, or dispose of such shipments without liability and may report the matter to relevant authorities.
4. Liability and Limitations
4.1 Limitation of Liability
Our liability for loss, damage, or delay to any shipment is strictly limited as follows:
- For parcels/documents: The lesser of (a) the actual proven loss or direct damage, or (b) a standard liability amount per kilogram as per our current schedule (available on request).
- For freight: Liability is governed by applicable industry conventions and will be detailed in your service contract or waybill.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
4.2 Responsibility for Declared Value
Liability Limit $1000. You may declare a higher value for your shipment and pay an additional charge to increase our liability limit. Full details and rates for declared value coverage are available upon request and must be arranged prior to shipment dispatch.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete shipment information, including recipient details.
- Ensure all items are packaged securely and appropriately for transport to prevent damage.
- Label all packages clearly and correctly as instructed.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the content and carriage of your shipment.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website or platform. Your continued use of our services after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
7. General Provisions
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our operating entity is based.
8. Contact & Dispute Resolution
For questions regarding these Terms, please contact us using the details on our website. In the event of a service dispute, we encourage you to contact our customer service team first to seek a resolution. If the matter remains unresolved, you may refer it to the relevant industry ombudsman or regulatory body in your region.
9. Cancelations and Wait times
Wait times for delivery or pickup include 15 minutes wait time. Exceeding 15 minutes wait, an additional charge of .70 cents per minute.
Cancelations will be charged 50% of the actual invoice that was quoted.
10. Services
Standard, Rush, and Expedited services include the first three miles. After three miles an additional charge will be added on a per miles bases.
